You have come to the right place with your furry friends!

Our community is a pet friendly community and we know you and your pet will enjoy living here. From nearby walking trails to the multiple pet stations throughout the property, you and your furry friend will be able to enjoy the outdoors together.

Our pet fee is $300 non-refundable for one (1) pet and $400 non-refundable for two (2) pets. There is a two pet limit with a 40 lbs weight limit on the second floor apartment homes. Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet. We do, however, have some breed restrictions. (see below)

Please stop by the leasing office when you are on your next stroll to pick up a special treat!

Dog breeds that are restricted:

*Doberman
*Rottweiler
*Pit bull
*Chow
*Bull Mastiff
*Wolf-dog hybrid
*Great Dane
*St Bernard

Any other dog breeds restricted by applicable law or regulation.

Any mixed breeds that have the predominant characteristics of any of the above breeds are also prohibited.
