A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in each apartment. Mature weight may not exceed 100 pounds. A $200 refundable deposit per apartment and $200 nonrefundable fee per pet apply. Monthly fees range from $25 to $40 depending on mature weight. Please contact the leasing office for additional information including fee amounts, restricted breeds, policies regarding small animals, and pet rules.
