7 Ways To Increase Value & Maximize Your Listing On LeasingKC

1 | Photos and video tours are key.

2 | Ensure your listing is as complete and accurate as possible.

You have control to edit everything on your listing.  Ensure that each section/category is filled out as best as possible.  Everything on here is searchable for renters so you want to make sure you are showing up for the right search results. 

 

3 | Use your listing as a leasing tool.

One of the best things we hear from our clients is that they use their listing on LeasingKC.com as a leasing tool.  Because of the simple layout of the listing and the comprehensive & accurate information, they are able to review everything with prospective tenants including what units are currently available.  They can then use the video tours to “show” units without leaving the office.  Having good photos and video tours for each floorplan not only makes your listing more complete, but allows your leasing agents to “show” any floor plan type you have, anytime.  

 

4 | Update your available units.

You can add/delete/edit specific available units as needed as well as upload specific pictures/videos to those units.  More informed leads = better-qualified leads!  

 

5 | Utilize the jump to the top & last updated feature.

Every time you login to make any changes to your listing, or even if you just login and hit “save” it will update the “Last Updated” time stamp and your listing will jump to the top of all listings and all relevant search results.

 

6 | Add a featured image banner.

You can add a featured image banner to your listing to make it stand out more.  A blue bar will appear across your featured image as it appears on the search page and on your listing.  You can input up to 50 characters of text to promote any current specials, newly renovated units, or anything else you want! (You can find this under the “Listing Details” tab in your manager portal.)

 

7 | Ad spots in “The KC Renter” newsletter.

In January 2016 we started a newsletter campaign for KC area renters filled with rich and relevant content about KC happenings and useful blogs/resources for renters.  Currently, we have over 27,000 subscribers.
