When you work with me, I take care of all the RESEARCH, PLANNING, and even TOURING for you! Typical Locator Services are limited and focus on putting their renters in certain properties. I focus on putting my renters in the home that’s the right fit for them! I am 100% loyal to my clients. You can just sit back and relax while knowing you have a local professional leasing agent specializing in the KC rental market finding you the best rental!
Below are the different service packages.
OPTION 1 – $300
I will do a consultation with you, where we will go over everything you are looking for in your new rental home (location, features, size of unit, amenities, your qualifications, proximity to local services). This can be done over the phone or in person.
From there, I will take care of all the research for you through the local MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and various rental outlets. I will put together a list of the top properties that you qualify for / meet your needs and send those to you to look over.
Then, I will schedule the tours for you on a day that you request. This way you are all set up and can get the tours done in one fell swoop!
OPTION 2 – $950
I will do all of the following listed above in Option 1, as well as handle the tours with you personally! I will either accompany you and the on-site agents during the tours to make sure you get the best deal or tour with you one-on-one depending on the apartment complexes’ policies.
I am also able to take Skype / FaceTime tours if you are unable to physically be there yourself.
Following the Consultation, we can determine which Option would better fit your needs.
